英語口語競賽初選方案
為了推進英語新課程的進一步實施，促進廣大師生落實《英語課程標準》提出的課程目標，全面提高學生的綜合語言運用能力，為提高真實交際能力奠定堅實基礎，我校以校為單位進行初選
一、參賽對象
七，八年級全體學生均可報名。
1.每班級海選2名優秀者。
2.英語教研組進行擇優選拔并上交縣教研室
二、參賽的時間:2009年3月25日
三、競賽形式
競賽按照學生所在的年級進行分組，每個年級的競賽試題的內容和形式設計，以該年級學生的英語學習進程和《英語課程標準》提出的目標和要求為標準。決賽將采用兩小節比賽形式，每位選手的比賽時間為6分鐘左右，具體形式如下：
第一節，短文朗讀并回答問題；第二節，情景對話。
每位選手的比賽時間不超過6分鐘。每位選手提前25分鐘抽簽，并有20分鐘的獨立準備時間，可以帶詞典。
四、評分方法
口語競賽選手的最終得分為決賽的第一節總成績和第二節總成績之和，即選手的最終成績=第一節成績+第二節成績。
口語競賽決賽的評分按照“語音語調”、“語法詞匯”、“流利程度”、“交際能力”四項評分。評委評分時，采取逐項打分，每項滿分為100分，最小分差為1分。然后由競賽工作人員根據選手第一節和第二節的成績按照權重計算決賽的得分。計分時將去掉一個最高分和一個最低分，取其他評委的平均分，保留兩位小數。

四、評審要求及人員
評委會由七、八年級英語備課組承擔，英語教研組要確保評選的標準科學合理，評選的尺度把握得當，評選的過程公正、公平，評選的結果使人信服。

My friend Jack has got the same idea. One day, he asked some friends to dinner. When all of his friends arrived, he asked them to sit around the dinner table. He began to count the people in his mind while they were having the delicious food. Suddenly, he cried out. "Oh, there are thirteen people here!" Everyone"s face turned white except Mr Brown"s. He said slowly with a smile on his face, "Don"t worry, dear friends! We have fourteen people here. My wife will have a baby in few weeks. She"s in the family way now."
All of them became happy again. "Congratulations!" they said to Mr and Mrs Brown. They enjoyed the nice food and had a good time that evening.
