尊敬的領導：
我因家中急事，請求請假。
原因是我婆婆突然生病，需要安排治療和陪護，家中需要我全程參與照顧。我深知工作是重要的，但家庭也同樣需要我的關注和付出。我無法同時兼顧兩者，所以請求您能夠批準我的請假申請。
婆婆的情況是突發的，病情較嚴重，需要及時治療，而我是她最親近的家人之一，必須全程陪護。當家人生病時，我覺得不能置之不理，更不能顧及工作先不管。在這個情況下，家庭需要我的關心，因為這是我不容推卸的責任。
